  3.   A nice simple program to convert any HTML files to simple text files.
  4. One can convert a single file or a list of files.
  5.  
  6.   You must use a parameter either
  7.     -i for a single file
  8.     -l for a list of files seperated by a carriage return.
  9.  
  10. TIP: Use 'dir /b *.htm > html.lst' to create a directory listing of all html
  11. files then run 'html2txt -l html.lst' to convert them all to text.
